Feeling Stuck?

Updated: Jan 24

Many of my clients have recently expressed feeling stuck and lacking motivation or passion in life. They are unsure of how to move forward and find a solution. Through my sessions, I have noticed a consistent theme in Spirit's guidance - the importance of balancing BEING and DOING.

Often, our minds are consumed with the need to constantly be doing something. However, it is essential to consider whether our actions stem from a place of inspiration and alignment with our true being. If the answer is yes, then doing is the right course of action. But if we feel like we have to do something, even if we don't enjoy it, we may need to focus on being present and mindful in the moment. By doing so, we can tap into our higher selves and find the answers we seek from within.

Here's a simple list of things to do to be mindful:

1. Take deep breaths and focus on your breath. Here is one of my favorite breathing techniques from Wim Hof: Click here to practice.

2. Pay attention to your surroundings and senses.

3. Practice gratitude by reflecting on things you are thankful for.

4. Engage in activities that bring you joy and peace.

5. Be present in the moment and avoid distractions.

6. Practice non-judgmental awareness of your thoughts and emotions.

7. Take breaks from technology and spend time in nature.

8. Cultivate compassion towards yourself and others.

9. Practice mindful listening and communication.

10. Set intentions for your day and reflect on them at night.

By balancing being and doing, we can find our true purpose and live a fulfilling life. Mindfulness is an essential tool in achieving this balance, as it helps us connect with our inner selves and align our actions with our true being. By practicing mindfulness daily, we can cultivate a deeper sense of gratitude, joy, and peace, and ultimately find the answers we seek from within. It's important to remember that this journey is a process, and we must trust in the divine timing of our lives. By surrendering to the flow of life and trusting in the universe, we can let go of the need to control everything and allow our true purpose to unfold. Row, Row, Row your boat gently DOWN the stream. Going upstream isn't our natural state of being!

So take a deep breath, be present in the moment, and trust in the divine process. Your path will unfold exactly as it's meant to be.

To explore this further, schedule a session with me.

Blessings, Marsha
