As newborns, self-doubt is not a concept that is yet developed. We can learn from the confidence of children who keep trying until they succeed.
In a society that constantly compares achievements, it's easy to feel inadequate. But remember, failing is not an option; it's only a matter of how many times you have to try. Believe in yourself and give yourself a chance to succeed. Hang on to that hope and keep going with the flow inside you. Even if you don't succeed, you've already won because you tried.
Affirmation: "I will give myself a chance to succeed."
Exercise: Imagine something you've wanted for a long time but never dared to try. Write it down and make a list of small steps to get closer to achieving it. Start taking those steps, one by one.
Keep the hope alive and trust in your own potential. You are capable of amazing things! โจ
